Previously, among other ventures, he co-founded and successfully grew a web streaming media business for which he secured $6 million in seed funding. He holds a MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. His role at MTM includes overall strategic direction, marketing and customer acquisition.

Dr. Robert Dee McDonald, co-founder, sits on the Board of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Palo Alto, CA. He is the Director of Mental and Spiritual Wellness at the Center for New Medicine, Irvine, CA. He co-founded MyTherapistMatch.com and MyCoachMatch.com and has taught clinical skills to therapists for more than 25 years in 18 countries throughout the world. He is the creator of The Destination® Method, a transpersonal psychology, which he teaches through his Telos Healing Center, Yorba Linda, CA. He is a state licensed provider of Continuing Education Units for licensed therapists in California, Louisiana and Texas. He co-authored NLP: The New Technology of Achievement and Tools of the Spirit: Pathways to the Realization of Universal Innocence.

Christopher Adams, currently owns and operates Thinklogic LLC, a technology development and consulting firm where he is responsible for the overall management and implementation of technology solutions. Over the past 10 years Mr. Adams has played a key role in several internet startup and has firsthand experience in everything from social networking to internet security. Most recently he was one of the principal founders of Leads360 which is now the largest lead management software provider doing more than 6 Million in annual sales. At MTM he is responsible for the performance, availability and security of the application.
