This blended perspective helps others discover and unlock negative thoughts and patterns of the past, allowing them to focus on the present, feel more fulfilled, and achieve their goals for the future. I also use mindfulness, relaxation, and breathing exercises to help individuals make more intuitive and authentic choices.
