About Me & My Practice

I believe in creating a safe, warm environment where you can experience change. I am here to guide your progress, helping you to improve personal relationships and move ever closer to the life that you deserve.
Therapy should be available to anyone who wants to change their lives; that is why I am happy to offer a sliding scale based on income.
I am experienced with anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, childhood trauma, family problems and relationship concerns. I am proud to be the co-author of The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction and to be a regular presenter at psychological conferences.
Through my previous work at the VA, Harmonium, and Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients and to see their lives truly change for the better. I love this job and I am devoted to each and every client I see.
