My approach to working with individuals, couples and families is to help them identify the underlying patterns that cause stress in their lives and their relationships. It is very common for clients to come into therapy hurt, angry toward one another, and hopeless about their future. I help individuals and families understand and express their intense emotions and become more connected with themselves and with one another. This enables my clients to face their challenges as individuals and as a family unit. I believe that good therapy provides opportunities for individuals and families to continually learn about themselves and grow in healthy ways.
