Therapy is about the relationship you establish with your therapist. You are the expert about you. Together we can expand on what you know about "you" and provide ample time to be curious about yourself in a way you have not been previously. It is a chance to change your direction. Not that things are broken or wrong but that they can be better. Its a chance to heal past wounds that have kept you stuck in cycles of behavior that no longer serve you.
Therapy is often the first time for many people that they have allowed themselves the gift of being focused on themselves in a way that allows for lasting change.
