I work with issues ranging from Anxiety to Self-Esteem, Self-Image to Healthy Eating Dynamics and Balanced Family Rhythm.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a whole foods/organics chef and the son of yoga teachers, I have created
a unique approach to eating.
Focusing on HOW we eat versus WHAT we eat, we first bring confidence, joy, a healthy self-image and family/community back to our self, our kitchen and our table.
When nourishing our soul and spirit, our bodies process foods differently (stress-relief alone has a profound effect on digestion, inflammation, lymphatic response etc.) and we desire foods in a different way.
I have found this to be a wonderful way of facilitating change that comes FROM WITHIN. Once you are conscious of your cravings, your emotions, the foods that are available and how to eat them, YOU WILL BE SELF MOTIVATED and EMPOWERED to seek out a healthier way to eat.
•MIND
Using hypnotherapy we explore the root causes of cravings, eating patterns, emotional eating behavior or purging habits etc. We then work on reframing these behaviors and learning new sub-conscious drives.
•BODY
Spending time IN THE KITCHEN, cooking and playing with food, will teach you valuable skills to know what real food is, how to prepare it, how to have a fun and creative outlet and have more skills to take care of yourself and your loved ones in a healthy playful way.
•SOUL
Bringing in mindfulness practices we find the power of being in the “now” and have a non-denominational connection to our spiritual and cultural heritage and experience.
Consciously Culinary works with individuals, couples, families, restaurants, schools and corporations and teaches three-day workshops in Ojai, CA.

Approaching wellness by recognizing the interconnectedness of these three elements our healing becomes whole and pleasurable.
