I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern(IMH8557) in the state of Florida and have completed a MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I enjoy assisting adults and couples find a deeper sense of meaning and contentment when faced with emotional and relationship challenges. My practice focuses on helping couples re-establish the connection in their relationship and life together. As well, I work with clients experiencing problems with sadness, fear, hopelessness, and other feelings that get in the way of living an authentic life. I work with each individual based on their specific needs and goals in a collaborative style. Therapy begins with an open and non-judgemental environment. My traning in depth psychology is based on the work of Dr. C.G. Jung and I believe that part of the process of relieving suffering begins by understanding and accepting all aspects of ourself. Denying both pleasant and unpleasant aspects of ourself may lead to suffering, and I can assist you to discover more of your true self.
