About Me & My Practice

Populations I have a lot of experience with include people in their late teens and early twenties who are working through career decision concerns or trying to decide whether to go to college. Like Carl Rogers, my goal in each session is to be real with the person sitting across from me so he or she can be real with me. The issues that bring people to me range from bullying, anxiety, depression, stress, to sexual assault, domestic violence, or combat distress. I try to help clients be aware of their emotions so they can use those states to work through challenges in a healthy way and feel stronger as a result of our work together.
